How we work together

It starts with a conversation. If there is a fit, we formalise a buyer mandate agreement that sets out the scope, criteria, and terms.

1. Initial conversation

A focused 20-30 minute discussion to understand your criteria, timeline, and what a good acquisition looks like for you. No cost, no commitment.

2. Signed buyer mandate

You sign a buyer mandate agreement setting out search criteria, engagement scope (intro, LOI/SPA, or end-to-end including post-acquisition), exclusivity terms, and fee structure.

3. Active sourcing and deal support

I source against your criteria, present qualified targets, facilitate introductions, and support the process through to the agreed endpoint — whether that is introductions, a completed transaction, or post-acquisition value creation.

Fee structure

The total success fee is 7% of the transaction value, structured as:

The fee is payable on successful completion of the acquisition
Completion means settlement or transfer of ownership
No deal, no fee — it is entirely success-based
Fee percentage and structure agreed upfront in the mandate
